5 Ways To Keep Your Teeth Healthy and Strong
Posted by Ian Berry on
Okay, you guessed it.
Today we’re going to discuss how to keep your teeth nice and strong.
Interestingly enough, we’re probably not going to be telling you anything you haven’t heard before. As the best way to build strong teeth, is not a magic formula or Harry Potter spell. It’s the timeless practice of maintaining proper oral care, and eating healthy.
Even the American Dental Association will tell you, the primary reason for a majority of tooth decay and other oral care diseases, is poor nutrition and oral care habits.
That’s why it’s never too important to emphasize the basics of how to keep your teeth strong.
We at Brushee recommend you:
- Brush after every meal to avoid plaque build up
- Floss at least once a day
- Make sure to eat whole foods with high nutritional contents; and less processed foods
- Go see your dentist AT LEAST once a year
- Quit Smoking or Using Tobacco Products.
Brushing after every meal is something often preached by dental professionals, however, few of us actually do it. Probably because doing so USED to require lugging around our toothbrush and toothpaste wherever we went.
And quite frankly, aint nobody got time for that =).
So we created the Brushee to give you the simplest and most convenient product, to maintain healthy oral care while on the go. The Brushee is a Pocket Sized Toothbrush with toothpaste in the bristles, a toothpick inside, and floss all in one device. It is the perfect solution for keeping your gums and teeth clean, and maintaining long term oral care health.
But at the end of the day, if you optimal oral care health is your goal, nothing will replace the multitude of steps we suggested above. Ensuring that you maintain healthy eating habits, and proper oral care routines throughout the day, will go a long way in making sure your teeth and gums are fortified for years to come.
